Just made the bbq sauce, it's yummy, thanks for the recipe, I would never have thought of using diet coke!

Hips-36 inches (was 39)
8/4/13- 138lbs (+8lbs) not as bad as I had expected!!!!
Is the BBQ sauce ok for the attack phase? I only ask because of the tomato element in it?
