Hi All .. more a recipe idea than a 'recipe'!
I have made a batch of Dukan muffins (using Joanne/Maintainer's recipe) and added some rasperry and strawberry jelly crystals to flavour.
Had some left over made up jelly in fridge so decided to make a Dukan friendly Devon cream tea!
Slice muffins (the are a bit like scones!) and spread with mix of quark and ff fromage frais sweetened with tiny bit of sweetener (the 'clotted cream' part) then spread jelly on top for the 'jam' part.
Serve with some green tea! Yum xx
