Hiya again
I'd steer clear of the ham if at all possible, it's very processed and contains a lot of sodium which may cause fluid retention and weightloss stall or even gain.
If you have to use any I believe the rule is less than 5% fat....so it's a matter of looking at the packets, nutritional value of up to 5g of fat per 100g of product. Again checking the ingredients list for sugars and anything ending in "-ose" or "-ol" will contain sugars/carbs.
Generally speaking if it's in a packet, it's processed and it's a better idea to buy your own meat and cook it, so you know exactly what's in it

Here's a good starting point - it's the FAQ (frequently asked questions) on the board and should give you a lot of the answers that will crop up as you go along.

Thanks for your reply. I have decided to give up on ham altogether lol. Didn't seem worth the risk
