    Turkey Meatloaf

    Made this tonight really nice and tasty.

    you will need

    onion
    peppers red and green
    Pack of turkey mince
    garlic
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs beaten
    4 tbsp fromage frais
    2 boiled eggs

    chop veggies and mix with minced turkey, garlic, fromage frais, beaten eggs and salt and pepper

    put half the mix in a loaf tin then layer sliced boiled eggs on the top of the layer. Put remaining mix on top of eggs and cook for 1 hour 180C
