    Prawn stir fry

As a newcomer to Dukan this is the first 'meal' i've made myself from scratch. It was DELICIOUS!

    Ingredients

    Iceland frozen prawns
    Spring onions
    Shiitake mushrooms
    Green veg
    Soy sauce
Chinese 5 spice (naughty but you can do without it I suppose)
    Shirataki noodles
    Spray oil
    Ginger, garlic and chilli

    Method.

Heat wok, add oil and spring onions. Fry. Add mushrooms, prawns and all spices/seasonings to taste. Add green veg and boil kettle.

    Stir fry constantly stirring.

Pour boiled water over noodles and add to wok for 2-3 mins only.
Serve, eat, feel smug and full!!!

    Hi Kellmo

As long as your 5 spice is a powder, it is fine, not naughty at all!

I never said it would be easy, I said it would be worth it!
