Just made this, t'was amazing!
Fry onions and garlic in fry light, add tin of chopped tomatoes and some boiling water with a veg stock cube/bouillon.
Allow to simmer and a few chopped up fresh tomatoes, season well.
Add frozen fish fillets (I used Iceland ones- cheapest!) and simmer until fish is cooked through. Add fresh basil and serve with roasted BNS.
Oh, forgot to add. I chopped up a courgette and blended all veg (so my Children don't know they're eating the stuff!)
