Thread: Help have to try & make slow cooker yoghurt! No other option!

    Help have to try & make slow cooker yoghurt! No other option!

    Any help or advice please! I have come to visit my sister & am staying in a country that doesn't have any dukan friendly dairy. Never heard of quark here. So I am going o attempt slow cooker yoghurt. Any tips gratefully received.
    24/10/12- 141lbs,6/11/12-140lbs

    21/11/12-STS,27/11/12-134lbs21/12/12-132lbs,28/12/12- not weighing this week! hoping to ignore Christmas damage,

    Bust -38 inches (was 39)
    Waist- 30 inches (was 34)
    Hips-36 inches (was 39)

    8/4/13- 138lbs (+8lbs) not as bad as I had expected!!!!

    Made the slow cooker yoghurt yesterday & it turned out surprisingly well. Yipee!
    all good, following Dukan slightly off track but not too far off.

    making the yoghurt was so easy, I am going to get a slow cooker of my own. I borrowed one for the trial run. !!!
