Tonight I tried something new.
I chopped onion and garlic and added a liberal sprinkling of Thai 7 spice and let it cook down.
I then added chicken stock and sat a piece if fresh salmon on the top. I added mushrooms and left the salmon to cook through.
Right at the end I added ffff and chopped coriander and served with broccoli. Delicious!
