So tonight I fried garlic and onions.
I added a tin of plum tomatoes and fresh ones with rosemary. I added chicken stock and black pepper.
Meanwhile I browned a pack of tesco turkey sausages and roasted some butternut squash and fennel.
Then I basically just three the sausages in the sauce, cooked down and served with the veg.
It was GORGEOUS!
