    So thought i would bump this as I've been using this since I started dukan and still love it
    Nice with lemon and Splenda

    PANCAKES

    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tablespoon powdered skimmed milk
    2 tspsns sweetener
    flavouring - I use all sorts

    Whisk together and pour into a really good non stick pan! Be warned do not flip until the bottom is well cooked!
