    Pancake day is coming....

So thought i would bump this as I've been using this since I started dukan and still love it
    Nice with lemon and Splenda

    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tablespoon powdered skimmed milk
    2 tspsns sweetener
flavouring - I use all sorts

Whisk together and pour into a really good non stick pan! Be warned do not flip until the bottom is well cooked!

    Happy flipping!!!

Ooo i forgot about the recipe with milk pwder. Thanks for the reminder Laura. I like these as puddings as they are very adaptable with different fillings, esp that lemon curd LOL.

Ooh, thanks. I've been looking for a pancake recipe that doesn't use oatbran as I like to use my oatbran allowance as porridge in the mornings. Also, I find oatbran pancakes too gritty.
