    Pancake day don't miss out dukan friendly pancake

    PANCAKES


    2 tablespoon of oat bran
    1 egg
    1 tabspoon sweetner
    1 tablespoon skimmed milk powdered
    1 tablespoon. baking powder
    1 tablespoon vanilla flavouring

    mix together and cook in high heat in a non stick frying pan, makes 2

    serve with 1 tablespoon quark with vanilla flavour and sweetner or fat free fromage frais

    er can I just check your quantities. 1tablespoon of vanilla and baking powder. Normal baking amounts would only be a teaspoon of each. Did you really use a tablespoon. A bottle of vanilla flavouring is only 28ml and a tablespoon is 15ml so thats half the bottle.

    This will obviously mean you have used all your allowances for the day, make sure not to overdo the oatbran.

    Must admit i preferred my sweet omlettes, they were very nice with lemon curd or dukan nutella LOL
