    Sid's garlic mayo - bumped for Scooter

    Sid's recipe is as follows

    1 clove of garlic
    1 egg yolk
    1 tbsp dijon mustard but I use wholegrain
    salt and pepper
    1 tbsp chives
    3 tbsp natural yoghurt, quark or fromage frais
    No excuses, JFDI!
