There a loads of combos that would work in a lunchbox
tub of cottage cheese & cooked prawns
hard boiled eggs & a mixed salad
sandwich made using dukan bread
smoked salmon, cooked prawns
cold cooked roast chicken with salad
cold cooked salmon mixed into a salad
or really anything that you would eat cold at home for lunch
I'd get a tupperware lunch box and carry it in a mini coolbag with one of those blue icepacks that you put in the freezer overnight to keep it chilled.

Thanks for ideas. Got a few more weeks to get into all this x

I like to take boiled eggs still in their shell with me because they're less likely to go mushy. I pair this with cold meats on PP days and with salad items on Pv days and a piece of dukan bread or an oatbran cracker. I also like to mix FF sour cream with onion salt, garlic salt and other herbs to make a lovely dip as an alternative to mayo.
You could also take things like seafood sticks, burger patties and Dukan friendly crab cakes with you especially on PV days where you can use the Dukan bread or an oopsie roll and make a burger with some salad and sauce etc.

With the introduction of the shirataki noodles as well, you could make a garlic prawn noodle bowl for lunch in the summer and for the winter you could experiment with soups and take them in a thermal mug with a Dukan oatbran cracker to dip in it.
The great thing about Dukan is that you can make things ahead of time and not have a rush in the mornings. Soups for PV days can be frozen and meats and eggs can be kept covered in the fridge for a few days too. It's a pretty easy diet to get to grips with when you start planning ahead.

Hope this helps!

Great ideas girls... I'm a fan of mini quiches made in muffin tins as well as the above. x

Great thread!

I'd add beef burgers to this list, either mini or regular size. Delicious with a square of laughing cow extra light :)
Also crab sticks and tuna quiches, and salt and pepper chicken nuggets.

Now that I've discovered shirataki noodles I also do lots of pp 'pasta' dishes like chicken and creamy cottage cheese sauce, or shirataki bolognese.

And soups are a winner if you can find one of those sealable bowls.

I got super excited with the shirataki noodle addition but unfortunately we can't find them anywhere here in NZ! I even specially ordered them at the supermarket where they promised they could get them and yet nothing :( It makes me sad.
I think the burger patties are a great idea.
And on PV days just veg and low fat cheese is a good snack throughout the day.

Hi Sammi,

That's a shame! I guess you could order them online, but it gets a bit expensive. I'm with you on the veg sticks. I always make a huge bag of carrots, sweet peppers, celery and cucumber sticks to eat with herby cottage cheese/ cream cheese dip on pv days.

Having been to NZ I'm suprised and not surprised that you can't get the shiritaki noodles. I buy mine from a chinese supermarket in the UK
(which sells them as they are used in hot pots).

Holland and Barrett do, but I've never found them in the supermarkets.
