Made these for lunch today and they were yummy!
Set oven to gas mark 4
1 can of tuna
Small amount of finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove crushed
1 small red chilli
1 egg
2 tbsp oatbran
Splash of lemon juice
Seasoning
Mix all the ingredients together. Place a small amount in silicone muffin cases - I used 6 (I am sure you can mould them without the cases and bake them on a tray instead)
Bake for approx 30 mins.
Served with a yogurt and mint dip.
