    Question 110 days to Christmas Challenge - how much are you going to lose?

    It is 110 days to Christmas today. Having returned from holiday today to a 12lb weight gain I am determined to lose weight in time for Christmas. I don't particularly enjoy Christmas myself but it is a good target date and we all like to look our best at the Christmas parties etc.
    My target loss for Christmas will be 28lb otherwise I'll look like one of these dancing snowmen!
    I hope lots of you will join me!
    I will be recording my progress daily but it will be up to you how often your record yours.

    I was just thinking I needed to set a goal for myself for Christmas so this is perfect. I'm aiming for two and a half stone to lose so I can be in the 12's for the festivities. Getting excited at the prospect of being in the 12's by Xmas. Bring it on!

    I was going to put down 3 stone too but then changed it to 2. However depending on how quickly I lose my 10lb holiday weight I might change back to 3.

    I'm going to join you, Lynne, with the 28lb target, you can always up it. But there are so many things I've got on in the next few months that I think it's best to be realistic and achieve the goal rather than reaching for the stars and finding you've only got a 3ft ladder. Anyways. Here comes the joining.
