    Thank you very much Sparkley! It's a big help to see it is possible to stick to this long-term - you've done fantastically!! Its weird isn't it as on the one hand this is the easiest diet ever - no shopping/cooking/counting/groups and its cheap! On the other hand its the hardest diet ever as it takes so much will power and discipline, so its great to be rewarded with a big loss as it gives me the motivation to carry on! Please tell me the cravings start to subside after a while though...?
    Wk 1 = -15lb = into 23's & 10% towards goal!!
    Wk 2 = -7lb = into 22's
    WK 3 = +3.5lb

    It does get easier... honest! The big losses are great motivation and cravings do stop after a while. Which plan are you doing? I did total solution for the first 5 months then started having two Exante meals and an evening meal of chicken salad as I had a problem with my hair shedding! I let myself have some treats over Christmas and was worried I wouldn't be able to get back on plan but the motivation and determination is still going strong. Fitting into smaller clothes and not feeling so unfit is a great feeling. I've also been exercising since about the 3rd week. I do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred DVD 6 mornings a week and go to a body pump class one evening a week - I think that's all helped too.

    Did you start last Monday? You should be in ketosis by now. I find I don't miss carbs (bread was my downfall) and if I do crave anything it is usually protein based. Seem to have lost my sweet tooth too!

    Having said all that it is hard and takes a lot of determination. But like you say, it's kind of the easiest diet I've ever done!
