    Welcome aboard ladies, just think how slim we can be at the beginning of April - I gave myself a 17lb target as that would have me in the 13's!

    Hi Katie, count me in too! February loss was a bit pants for me - hoping for a better March! Starting a new daily exercise DVD tomorrow (T25), hoping that will give things a boost too. You are doing amazing - imagine getting into the 13s by the end of the month - what a brilliant goal to aim for.

    I'm going to aim for 10lb off in March, 4 weigh-ins so aiming for 2.5lb a week minimum. Have put last weeks weight on the chart but expecting to be a bit heavier at tomorrow's weigh in as had a few days away and went out for a meal last night too. Have had people staying at our house this weekend so food has been trickier... excuses, excuses!

    Goal 3: lose 7lbs

    Goal 6: get in the 10s in time for short break away end of March DONE
    goal 7: fit into my size 12 jeans again DONE
    Goal 8 get in to the 9s in time for a someone's birthday getaway

    goal 12: to have my forever body and learned how to maintain between 9st.4 and 9st.7
    (and feel fab for my big girly holiday in December!
