    Hi there,

    i've just joined minimins as well as starting Exante. Today will be my first proper day on the TS plan as I fell off the wagon yesterday. My starting weight as off today is 10 stone and I'm hoping to get down to 8.7 stone by the summer.

    I started red my weight loss journey in Oct 2013 where I was able to lose 18 lbs by February on a healthly low carb clean eating plan and taking up regular exercise 6 days a week by doing Focus T25. I feel great but my weight loss has slowed down so decided to do exante. My starting weight is 10 stone but at 5ft 1in it's not very healthy for my height.

    my goals are to be able to wear sleeveless tops over the summer and finally get into a bikini lol! Really taking control of my bad eating habits and taking on more exercise is hard at times but well worth it!

    So it's day 1 of exante TS for me today!!! Good luck everyone on your journey.

    11/09/14 - Weight out of ketosis and off diet 16st 8lb. Epic fail.(+0.5lb)

    20/09/14 - HOLIDAY!! (Goal weight = 15st12lb)

    1st 6lb lost / 10 lb to go to holiday goal! - unable to achieve.

    Go in shop and not have to dive straight to the back of the rail to find my size.
    Go down a shoe size (does happen when I am smaller)
    Make sure I sit in an aeroplane seat not as snugly as last time (although I realise this depends on the plane!)
