    September Challenge

    September is imminently approaching on Monday, so I thought I would create a challenge to motivate us on the run up to Christmas. I will weigh in on Monday and update my statistics. My aim is 10lbs.

    Started Exante on 19/06/2014 weighing 16st4.4lbs and reached 13st10.2lbs on 1/09/2014

    Week 5: -2.8lbs Week 6:+1.4lbs (TOTM/AMW) Week 7: -5lbs Week 8:-​3.2lbs

    Restart on 22/09/2014 weighing 13st13.8lbs

    Thanks for starting this off Sleek Chick! Looking forward to joining in with this one too. I have no idea what would be realistic to lose this month though, think I'll go for 7lbs. Good luck everyone!

    After ruining the diet last week and putting on a whopping 4lbs, it's finally come off and taken another two with it -yay! Onwards and downwards. Good luck everyone x
