    November Challenge!

    Hello everyone!

    October is almost over and we will be entering November on Saturday so I thought we should make ready with our November challenges and goal weight loss for the month.

    I will have to see what my weight has changed to after my birthday weekend off but I'll start anyways! I would like to lose 14lbs and be in the lower 12s!
