    December Challenge!

    So November is almost over and I know that pretty much all of us will be taking time off in December for Christmas.

    But I think we need to all keep pushing in the mean time to reach our goals! So I will setting myself a weight loss target for December, albeit a much smaller target to allow for Christmas.

    So I'll start and say I'll aim to lose 7lbs in the month of December. Anyone else want to join?

    Will weigh on Tuesday (as last weigh in for November for me) and use that as my December start weight.

    What different forms of exante diet are you all doing.
    I would like to aim for 10lbs this month, is that over the top?
    Im on total solution and first week, so presume this week I should have my biggest loss anyway.

    No that's a good amount especially if you're just starting! I'm sure you can do it!
