Clair, how long will you be working out when you go to the gym ?
Your plan to have a low carb meal on gym days does sound like a good idea.
Although, I have to say, I dont have a meal - unless its a planned WS day - when I go to curves.
But then again that is only 30 mins![]()
I would say most of the days I go to curves are TS for me.
Also, I am not sure how strenuios your gym will be for you, so a meal on gym days will be good for you.
I have been going to curves before Exante, and I didn't see any need to stop, going to curves, when I started Exante, so I didn't..
If I had felt ill at all, I would have stopped and ate, but I haven't
Although, thinking about it, maybe the pickles and olives have been helping me along the way
I dont think your 60 day challenge is a failure, as you are still going to be doing it.
Was exercise part of your 60 day challenge ?
Regardless if it was or not, your body and your heart will thank you for exercising, as will your mind.
And you are forming new, good for you habits that will be easier to sustain, the sooner you start

Just read your diary. If WS days are easier for you then maybe yeh that is the way to go. But...... Your doing fine by mixing it up a bit so why change??? Xxx

I've gotta pile of paper work to do tonight, why do I leave everything to the last minute?? Grrrrr![]()
Not easy paperwork either, I've gotta do a service user key-worker meeting, care plans and start a bloody review. Oh and finish off my NVQ for Monday!!!! Ooops I must get things done as they come up!!!
