    Today I had porridge yum. Then s&s cottage pie double yum! I'm thinking of having a slim fast meal bar with tablets again as yesterday it worked out well for me. Iv only had 2 pint of zero and 1.3 litre water so far today. Will try to get another 2 75cl bottles in me tonight xx

    Nearly a stone gone babe, I was 17st 6.8. Sooo maybe tomorrow? But ill be happy if its off by Monday x

    Found out it was just 1 drunk bloke at 1.20am the neighbours wife heard a noise, woke him but by the time he got down and turned his car around the bloke was already off and turned into a new housing estate and the neighbour lost him the neighbour called the police xx

    Iv popped open another 75cl bottle of water why is this so easy again? Xx

    Just want to keep track of fluids Hopefully iv remembered this correctly :

    1.7 litre dr p zero :/
    2 x 75cl bottles water
    1 pint tap water

    Not happy with that. I done so much better yesterday.

    Oh well, plan is lots of water tomorrow.

    I'm not really having many shakes at the moment I'm mostly having s&s meals and bars so maybe that's why I'm not doing great at drinking the extra water? Ill make more effort to have more water with shakes too over weekend. Iv ran out of s&s meals after the mushroom pasta (ill have that tomorrow) so I ordered another weeks worth but they don't get delivered until Monday

    I'm going to bed early again tonight. Ill try to catch up with diaries before I fall asleep xx

    I got my MRI appointment today thanks to a bit of begging and crying I managed to get in for the 5th feb so I'm just giving myself that day to work towards as ill be focused on getting to there and it will hopefully give me something other than the pain to think about

    I think taking keeping goals simpler is great like say 1 day on plan, a week on plan etc. no need to worry about the long term all those days will add up x

    I agree. Instead of worry about 6months time I need to think of 6 days. Iv just had a massive surge of energy and decided to put on washing and hang some wet washing up to dry. Iv gone to bed but all I can hear is monster coughing it sounds pretty painful. My eldest (12) and the 2nd youngest (6) have been complaining of pain when swallowing so I'm thinking more virus' in the house. lucky enough second eldest (9 ) who has a heart condition never seems to get ill. But he is the one who will throw up just for no reason and normally in the night in his bed half asleep haha. Could be a long night

    I stupidly weighed myself before getting into bed and my scales say 16st 11.6lb :O I know it means nothing though.
