    1 litre water, 1 slim fast bar, 1 litre dr p zero 2 slices of ham (i dont know what made me do that?) and 30 online bingo oops it has kept me busy though. i really couldnt afford that and now im mad at myself i havent used online bingo sites in a year+

    hubby called said he is bringing takeaway in for him and boys and said i should take the chance to get in the bath while they eat it.

    why do i just go from fine to fed up in such a short space of time?


    anyway. looking at some more pictures of tunisia should perk me up a bit xx

    Lol I like it in for 30seconds just takes the chill off but I left it for 60seconds just now and oh my god warm is not nice. I have sensitive teeth and my house is freezing so even when it's not in fridge the drinks are like ice!

    I'm slacking with replies in other people diaries again arm is aching so ill get all my thoughts out now then snuggle down.

    Had a 1 hour bubble bath and now I'm in bed watching tv.

    The kids and Hubby eating takeaway was hard I ended up making my mushroom pasta with 400ml water and drinking it like a noodle soup then had a bar straight after and had another pint of zero so that's a whole 2 litre bottle of dr pepper iv had today :O

    Don't have any zero left so I have 3 x 750ml bottles of water for tomorrow. I don't have any slim and save meals left so tomorrow ill have 3 s&s shakes and a s&s bar adding extra water to each shake and maybe drinking some mint teas too. I have ordered a weeks worth of s&s that will arrive Monday and I'm going to do a s&s day and then a exante day so that I'm officially still on exante. I don't want to get kicked out. What would I do if I wasn't allowed to post here?

    I weighed myself before my shower (just for curiosity to see the effects of the day) and it said 16st 11 again haha. I hope iv lost a teeny weeny lb tomorrow. To bring my weight under 16st 7lb and make it my 1st stone off this year xx

    Saturdays are hard for me so I'm hoping that minis isn't too quiet tomorrow

    Not impressed that monsters been awake since 6am but I have lost my 1st stone of 2013 bringing my weight to 16st 6.8lb to cheer me up a teeny bit.

    Yeh that's what you got down to, you looked and felt great right? Ok today you don't feel so great but you gotta remember that you CAN and HAVE done it. So you'll get there again. Lots of people have regained the weight they lost. Last year I was 11.10 and today I'm 14.04 so don't beat yourself up about it!!
    What's done is done. Now smile and get drinking yer yukky warm dr pepper zero.

    i was looking back on old pics on here of me and id already lost my 1st stone in week one iv been faffing for 3 weeks and only just lost a stone today, i am happy with that im not saying im not but it feels like iv been on this diet ages already and i still have 6 and a half stone to lose. if i was 13 stone and had 3 stone to lose id probably accept it. its my own fault i know if i hadnt eaten id be further along now but i think that looking at pics iv got and working out how many days it took me to get to each stage had worried me. in one of my pictures i have a shot of me standing with a bra on to show my back fat then next to it im taking the same pic after losing 3 stone and it doesnt look much different how long will it take before i see a diiference? im so big again i think i have a good 50 days more before i even see a difference

    you are right LMP but its hard when all i can think about is how supid i am, i had forgotten i had the pic of me in green jeans. maybe i should have kept that as a screensaver? xx
