    Rules
    1. Never buy anything bigger than a size 16.
    2. Meal plan and write/log everything down.
    3. If I fall off plan on my diet, don't wait until the next day to restart. Brush my teeth, and restart straight away.
    4. Don't overeat. Only eat enough so that I could go for a decent walk straight after eating, even if I'm not.
    5. Exercise for a minimum of 30 mins 5 times a week
    6. Always, always weigh in on a Tuesday. Except when away on holiday
    7. Only ever drink alcohol in social occasions - never alone.

    Goals

    1. BMI under 35 - 16st 13lbs
    2. BMI of 32.5 - 15st 10lbs
    3. BMI of 30 - 14st 7lbs
    4. Overweight - 14st 6lbs.
    5. BMI of 27.5 13st 4lbs
    6. Feel comfy in a size 14.
    7. Maintain Goal 6

    Thank you marge. Iv had a porridge pack today. And lots of water. I'm not hungry today so that's a bonus. 1.8lb gain after Chinese isn't too bad. Hoping to still get a loss this week. 4 sleeps left until weigh in so if I'm lucky I might get a bit closer to the 15's by then xx

    Today I subconsciously tasted a mushroom from the spag Bol to make sure it was cooked! Other than that iv had a veg bouillon and lots of water/mint tea/green tea too. I can't face any packs so ill have a bar and then go to bed. Hoping for a better day tomorrow xx

    Hey, you think of yourself as weak when the odd blip occurs but you know what, You're still here. You keep trying. When you're feeling low and having a horrid day you come back and pick yourself up each and everytime. That doesnt say weakness to me, That says strength.

    I know you feel far from strong, but you are. Im lucky enough to have sailed through this so far, but could i say the same if i was going through what you have been, im not so sure. I love your honestly, but i love more the fact that with every confession of the odd mushroom, I know you'll be here the next day trying harder than the one before that. Hanging over the edge of the waggon and clinging on until your back up there has got to be one of the hardest things to do on this diet. Far harder than getting through every day without a blip. That is what tells me you're strong enough.

    When things get tough for you, Remember that the time is ticking and your holiday is closing in. Use that strength i know you have and you will reach, if not very near, your goal for Tunisia. I know how much you want this, and i know you can do it. You're doing really well and i hope you realise that xx

We're right behind you hun dont feel down about it, We're all human programmed to eat after all Its never too late to start fresh from where you left off, You havnt broken any laws!
