    Rules
    1. Never buy anything bigger than a size 16.
    2. Meal plan and write/log everything down.
    3. If I fall off plan on my diet, don't wait until the next day to restart. Brush my teeth, and restart straight away.
    4. Don't overeat. Only eat enough so that I could go for a decent walk straight after eating, even if I'm not.
    5. Exercise for a minimum of 30 mins 5 times a week
    6. Always, always weigh in on a Tuesday. Except when away on holiday
    7. Only ever drink alcohol in social occasions - never alone.

    Goals

    1. BMI under 35 - 16st 13lbs
    2. BMI of 32.5 - 15st 10lbs
    3. BMI of 30 - 14st 7lbs
    4. Overweight - 14st 6lbs.
    5. BMI of 27.5 13st 4lbs
    6. Feel comfy in a size 14.
    7. Maintain Goal 6

    Well I'm here. Iv been pretty good in comparison to how I could have been/have been in the past. Gain is now 2.8lb

    Iv eaten but not a lot. Tuna salad on Tuesday and egg mayo in A roll yesterday but couldn't finish either. The MRI was pretty hard I have restless leg syndrome and chronic pain (all part of my fibromyalgia) so staying still was near impossible for 40minutes, which then felt like 2hours. The injection into the joint was a bad experience. Doctor tells me to relax but Crunching and pressure pains on an already painful shoulder is not my idea of relaxation!

    Will have to wait for results at consultant appointment the end of this month.

    No other news. Hopefully be good news on house this week? I'm going to do exante today but may not be here to post much as I find it difficult to type any thing remotely positive with my deflating mood x
