I just did a mega introductary post to myself and lost it
Might be just as well, I was waffling a bit
Basically, I put alot of weight on, approx 8 yrs ago...
I stopped walking 2 miles each way to work, due to a change of job, thus no exercise.
I also stopped smoking, but replaced it with food
So the upshot was, I put on approx 6 stone in approx 18 months
The most I have lost in any one time is about 2 stone... but I lose interest too easy, and end up falling off the bandwaggon
I have yoyo dieted for a couple of years now, with the same stone
My heaviest from now, was 2 stone more... I have never gone that heavy again, so I know I can do it !!
So, here I am.... an almost fuller fat version of myself, I dont want to be skinny marge - just somewhere in the middle - for the moment.

Goal 4 - BMI of 30 - 14st 7lbs
Goal 5 - Overweight - 14st 6lbs.
Goal 5.5 - Never go into the obese category again !!

Goal 7 - BMI of 27.5 13st 4lbs
Goal 8 - BMI of 25 12st. ???? NOT SURE OF THIS ONE... MAYBE GET TO 12ST 7LBS AND GOAL 9
