    I'm back to TS now.
    But I am struggling.
    I have a headache, so ketosis cant be too far away eh ?
    I am still a bit hungry though.
    I didn't go to the gym last night, as the traffic was chaotic, due to the snow. It took ages to get home last night.
    I will get back to it on Monday. I think its quite difficult to gym it, whilst trying to get into ketosis. At least by Monday, I will be there, or very nearly there

    A bit of a pottering about the house today.
    I have some cooking and other stuff to sort out, including trying out the new ice cream maker ... I just hope the temptation is not to great.
    I will have the teeniest of tastes, to make sure all is right, but that will be it DEFFO !!!!

    Ultimate Goal - To be able to look down and see my bikini line to shave it, and not have to do it from memory

    Goal 1 - 5 x 30 mins exercise a week - 5 - 5.5 - 4 - 5 done and ongoing
    Running - to run for 30 mins .
    So far 6/10

    Goal 2 - BMI under 35 - 16st 13lbs - by the end of Jan 2014 Done 28/01/14
    Goal 3 - BMI of 32.5 - 15st 10lbs - by the end of Feb 2014 = face peel Done 28/02/2014
    Goal 4 - BMI of 30 - 14st 7lbs - by the end of March 2014 = rapid lash
    Goal 5 - Overweight - 14st 6lbs.
    Goal 6 - Into the 13's = I think it will be Insanity.. unless I find something else

    I really need it.
    I really want a glass of wine. But due to swearing to myself that I wont drink in January, I wont have any
    The man friend is on antibiotics, so he wont have any either... which helps, as I wont have a glass on my own
    I am just about to move sort out the wine I made a few months ago, so I need to be strong NOW !!
    I have just started of the icecream maker thing. I had a mini taste of the liquid, and it is lovely.... but thats it !!

    I have had the smallest of tastes of wine, as its kinda unavoidable when syphoning , but I have resisted to sook harder
    All in, I have had about a spoonful, if that !!
    As for the ice cream..............
    It didn't work !!!
    It didnt freeze
    After about 50mins it was still liquid
    Very disappointing for man friend, and me, but at least it takes away the temptation
    I'm not sure why it didn't work, but I think it may have been because I was trying to make it diabetic friendly for the man friend
    I have decided to try again tomorrow, following the ingredients exactly... if it doesn't work then, then its going back to where it came from. Its no use to me, if its not gonna work !!

    This place really is a good place to help keep you on track at the moment.... so I thank all of you for your input

    Now, a bit of a confession
    I weighed myself when I cam out of the shower tonight (man friend was eating cheese on toast , so I had to get oot o the room )
    I was 16st 1.5lbs.... so I am the same weight I was as the other day, but thats at night
    Then the battery on my scales went
    So, a new battery to be gotten for Tuesday.... I'm not sure that was even right !!!
    A bit of a chill out in front of the TV now, then bed

    I'm very tired this morning.
    The man friend has gone to Tesco's to get stuff to make soup, and go somewhere else that escapes me.
    We have been up since about 8am.... but I think I may go back to bed whilst he is out galavanting

    I had my porridge this morning.... but I wasn't starving hungry like I was the the past couple of mornings
    So, I think I am a little closer to ketosis today

    I haven't got anything planned today... just pottering about the place, having a lazy day
