    I have been veging out all morning watching the Australian open tennis final. Being Scottish I am a big fan of Andy Murray, unfortunately he lost. Prize for coming second was 800,000 almost a million. I could live with that.

    I think I next weighed on Thursday or Friday, and I was 16st 1.5lbs ....
    I am hoping to get into the 15's, even by half a pound would be great !!

    Ultimate Goal - To be able to look down and see my bikini line to shave it, and not have to do it from memory

    Goal 1 - 5 x 30 mins exercise a week - 5 - 5.5 - 4 - 5 done and ongoing
    Running - to run for 30 mins .
    So far 6/10

    Goal 2 - BMI under 35 - 16st 13lbs - by the end of Jan 2014 Done 28/01/14
    Goal 3 - BMI of 32.5 - 15st 10lbs - by the end of Feb 2014 = face peel Done 28/02/2014
    Goal 4 - BMI of 30 - 14st 7lbs - by the end of March 2014 = rapid lash
