    I weighed myself before my shower....
    I know its night time, but I am not hopeful for tomorrow now

    I am hoping that there is bit of toilet action before I weigh tomorrow, as I havent been today.... and I'm not sure I went yesterday either
    Ah well, I will deffo be in the 15's next week !!!!!

    Marge none of my clothes are loose, Just comfortable. Im still very hopeful for your 15's tomorrow, You know better about night weighing - ignore it!

    I step on the scales in the morning once and take the first result. I wouldnt dare stand on them at night, and if i did, i would disregard it anyway! You wont be 16st 2lbs for tomorrows WI xx

    Hi Marge, I know you're sleeping but I just wanted to say that after my 3 mids I get puffy ankles and seem to retain water so it might just be that reflecting on the scales if you've come off mids. 15s are just a smidge away, you'll be there in no time. How do u spread your packs on shift? I sleep, have one at 5 before leaving, another 2am ish if I remember then breaky when I get home at 07.30.

    I have half or third of a pack when I get up . .. either shake or bar.... then a full pack about 7pm usually soup ... or carbonara.... then the another pack at work on my break between 12 and 2.... the remainder pack I have after then about 4 ususlly.
    I don't follow that religiously. ... but that kinda idea

    So a 1lb on
    I'm fairly gutted, but I kinda knew it would be very close, because of my 2 days off
    One of them was an ok day off, but the other was very bad
    I dont seem to have moved scale wise at all this week really, as I was 16st 1.5lb or 16st 2lbs most of the week... and now 16st 1lb....
    To be honest its all very negligable in the grand scheme of things eh, so I am wondering what is going on
    TOTM is not due, so I know its not that.
    I haven't been to the loo for a day or two, and my stomach feels very bloated and heavy .
    What ever it is, its NOT happening again this week !!
    I am going to try to be TS for the next week, so I am hoping that I will be in the 15's next week
    I dont have anything planned until the 7th Feb, so it should be very achievable

    I have had half a bar today so far. I will have carbonara after the gym. And that means I have a soup and half a bar at work later
    I need to drink more water, as I think I drank more tea than anything else last week, which cant have helped, as I do put milk in my tea
    I do drink more water days I go to the gym, so that will be easy to do this week, as I have classes booked for every day.
    I know some people think exercising too much can cause them not to lose anything, but for me, it puts my head in the right place to keep going and not break the diet. So, if I have lower losses because of exercise, so be it, my head is in a better place for it

    I think I am going to have a touch of daily weighing going on this week.
