    When you were orderin takeaways whilst your hubby was at work, did you feel guilty for spending then ?
    You may have felt guilty for eating the food.... but not actually spending the money ??
    If you think back to then, how much money per week would you have spent on takeaways and junk food, as well as normal shopping ?
    If you add it all up, it may be a bit more dosh for your workout stuff, but in the long run, you will get much more use out of your workout stuff, as you will be healthier. Your girls will benefit because you are healther and able to do more with them. I am sure your husband will love your toned body
    I dont actually think you are being that self indulgent to be honest ED, you are looking after yourself, so that you can look after those that you love

    How many times a week are you going to go to that ?

    Ultimate Goal - To be able to look down and see my bikini line to shave it, and not have to do it from memory

    Goal 1 - 5 x 30 mins exercise a week - 5 - 5.5 - 4 - 5 done and ongoing
    Running - to run for 30 mins .
    So far 6/10

    Goal 2 - BMI under 35 - 16st 13lbs - by the end of Jan 2014 Done 28/01/14
    Goal 3 - BMI of 32.5 - 15st 10lbs - by the end of Feb 2014 = face peel Done 28/02/2014
    Goal 4 - BMI of 30 - 14st 7lbs - by the end of March 2014 = rapid lash
    Goal 5 - Overweight - 14st 6lbs.
    Goal 6 - Into the 13's = I think it will be Insanity.. unless I find something else
    Goal 7 - BMI of 27.5 13st 4lbs
    Goal 8 - BMI of 25 12st. ???? NOT SURE OF THIS ONE... MAYBE GET TO 12ST 7LBS AND GOAL 9

    Hello everyone

    I am now 15st 12lbs
    A totally Janurary weightloss of 1st 3.5lbs
    I dont think thats too sad, considering everything eh ?

    So, February next....
    Heres my thoughts, and wishes for the next month.................

    I have 2 planned days off... one on the 7th February, one on the 23rd
    On both of those days I will be completely off plan, and partaking in some alcoholic beverages.

    I am hoping that by the 28th Feb, I will be between 14st 10lbs and 15st exactly

    I am planning to exercise every day, even if its just to shred, except for one day, that will be the 24th Feb
    I will start shredding tomorrow......... "Think yer gonna die ?" ... I probably will

    I am going to do my measurements in a minute, and update my first post with them.


    I have just checked my Exante delivery, from Tuesday, and I am glad I did. I was 3 packs short. I have emailed them, which they have responded to straight away, and are sending out the replacements

    Thats all for now, thanks for reading....

    Thank you!! That really put things into great perspective, Amazing words there. Infact, come to think of it - The last food shop has lasted AGES here. Another bit of proof that i was the greedy pig of the house I cant believe how much longer things last when i havnt got my trotters in the fridge! So yeah, Iv saved money in lots of areas really.     Hi the body sculpt is only on once a week at the gym but I am going to be doing Kettlercise, Zumba and Powerhoop classes once a week too. I also do exercises on the Powerplate, with a personal trainer, three times a week and crosstrainer and treadmill four times a week. I just about spend my life in the gym!
