    Ahh yes the food throwing out fridge! I steer clear of it at the mo! Cheese is my biggest downfall and luckily OH hasn't bought any lately. One of the ketosis recipes on the exante website uses reduced cheese so if I do a AAM week I will buy a little bit of that. Although not planning on doing a AAM until perhaps the 12th week or I might just have 1 ws day a week.

    I agree with Mere, it's defi not easy with temptations around every corner! I have that too, crisps, chocolates, frozen pizzas and above all my fav Cathederal city cheddar mmmm!! I don'r know how i've managed a whole week without it but i now understand i won't be like this forever. In a few months time i'll be able to have all this! So stay strong and just concentrate on urself!

    I love your table Marge. Shred away! I sadly also looooooovvvee cheese. My Labrador is on medication and the only way he will take the tablets is if we stick them in cheese. We bought the cheapest supermarket cheddar and it smelt divine. It was almost a case of a bite for him and a bite for me... I didn't but it was only because of the medication. I had to wash the smell off my hands because it was driving me insane. I make my OH give it to him now. How sad

    looking forward to seeing your next update Marge. You've all inspired me to up my cardio so We'll see how it goes.

    We always do stuff that revolves around either food, or drink, or both. But at least this way, it doesn't have too
    The pictures would be another good thing, but unfortunatley, I have had serious migrane type headaches the last couple of times I have been, so we will wait for the dvd's to come out now

    I am glad I dont eat meat, otherwise the nibbles that are in for the man friend would be too tempting. Its easy to buy in chicken legs and sausages for him, as I dont eat them . I think I may have to stop buying cheese for a bit. He blooming loves it though !!

    I had a bit of a snooze earlier, as my back was super sore.
    I thought I had done something to it, shred wise... but I think it was something different, but I'm not sure what.
    I still haven't done the shred, but I am going to in a little while, as I want to continue on with it. Plus my back is not so bad now, and I think it will help me loosen up a bit

    I very nearly didn't do it today, because of my back.
    Im not sure what I have done to it, but its not an exercise ache, if you know what I mean. At least I dont think it is.
    I took some strong painkillers about 4pm today, and they knocked me out, so it feels a tad better tonight

    Earlier, we went out for a bit of a walk, coffee, and a shop
    A very pleasant Sunday.
    Nowt out of the ordinary, most enjoyable

    I have the gym booked tomorrow for 11am... but I really dont think my back is going to be upto kettlebells
    So, I think I will cancel it, and just do the shred instead. At least if I am in pain, its in the house, and I am not impacting on a full class.
    Shredding did make it feel easier tonight, but I think a 4kg weight or two, would be too much

    I haven't caught up yet, so I will go and do that now

    Hiya, just skimmed through your diary as would take forever to read but I can see you've come a long way.. Your loss in January alone is brilliant.. I start TS tomorrow and really excited as I can finally see a way out of this awful fat body I've grown into guna shrink myself into a new one lol i was just wondering if you have exercised since day one? Or a couple of weeks into it? Wondering what I should do really, I haven't exercised for quite a long time so it would be a bit of a shock to the system..

    I know, it is a bit of a lengthy diary eh .. but I am glad you have skimmed it none the less
    I was exercising before I started Exante, but not to any great level. I really upped my exercise after a couple of months on Exante.

    It would be more beneficial to get your head into the diet first.... give yourself a week or two, then think about exercising
    If you haven't exercised in some time Kierasmummy... I would start with walking.
    Walking really is a great way to start out. If you make a concious effort to walk 10 mins a day.. not just walking for your day to day life... but conciously walking for walkings sake. Increase your time gradulally, by 5 mins.
    I think Exante recommend 20 mins exercise a day , so I would stick to that sort of time scale, until you build up your fitness a bit.
    As soon as the weight starts to drop off you, you will probably feel like doing more anyway
