    Well.... I did WI for a preview today, and I was only half a pound down
    Sad times... but my own fault, I know that. Friday night and Saturday night did it.
    Never mind, I really need to focus this week.
    I will WI tomorrow, and see what the result is
    Next week, I am away for a night in a nice hotel... so thats another 2 days off plan
    But I am going to try much harder to chose wiser foods.
    I did do that before... so I have no idea why I am struggling with it now. I just seem to want chocolate all the time
    Which I dont normally do. Cheese and nuts YES.....
    I need to get back to the olives and pickles days, when the loses where gooooood
    Anyway... bed time now.
    Till tomorrow peeps

    Ultimate Goal - To be able to look down and see my bikini line to shave it, and not have to do it from memory

    Goal 1 - 5 x 30 mins exercise a week

    Goal 2 - BMI under 35 - 16st 13lbs - by the end of Jan 2014 Done 28/01/14
    Goal 3 - BMI of 32.5 - 15st 10lbs - by the 15th June 2014
    Goal 4 - BMI of 30 - 14st 7lbs - by the end of July 2014 = rapid lash
    Goal 5 - Overweight - 14st 6lbs.
    Goal 6 - Into the 13's = I think it will be Insanity.. unless I find something else
    Goal 7 - BMI of 27.5 13st 4lbs
    Goal 8 - BMI of 25 12st. ???? NOT SURE OF THIS ONE... MAYBE GET TO 12ST 7LBS AND GOAL 9
    Goal 9 - Feel comfy in a size 14.

    I think the poo yesterday must have helped that other 1lb to go

    I feel quite bunged up though, so I'm not sure what is going on

    I haven't gone to the gym, or done any shredding
    I had cancelled the gym because of the snow, as I had to park my car down the hill last night.
    And for some reason, my back is killing me again
    So, I thought I would have the day off, to see if that helps... I am going to do some stretches to see if that helps
    I hope it does, as I really dont want to be in agony with this, like I was my shoulder a few months ago

    Otherwise, nowt else happening in MargieLand

    It's just dawned on me I haven't "dropped the kids off at the pool" for a few days either ....

    This diet plus my meds is a proper sod when it comes to toilet action...

    Only a pound n half between us huni!!!! It's nice having someone in same sort of bracket ..

    We are gonna hit them 14's together soon too YAY x x x x x

    I took some pain killers, and feel better
    The man friend said he was going to set the living room up so I could shred when I get in from work
