    I guess I was just a be annoyed as its nearly 2 years since I started this diet !
    I know I tooed and froed all of last year...so it shouldn't really count. ... but I feel as though I have been having blooming packs for ever ... as I was still trying all last year... so every so often I would go with the packs again. .. but never long enough for the weight to drop
    I really felt that I wanted to eat normally and not worry about the scales yesterday!
    Today is a new day
    I know this will never be a reality for me. I know I will always have to watch my weight and what I eat. Im fine with that today
    This diet has to be done until I lose the next 3st ish. And that's that !
    I know I came off plan and struggled this time....and have other times too recently. ... but I think thats because I have been here for so long
    I am doing better this year, than I did last year, and I will lose the 3 stone this year.
    I have to participate with different social occasions, and staying TS is not an option for me at those times .... so I have to choose better and get back quicker. ... I used to be not to bad at both 2yrs ago, so it is possible !!!! And I will do that this coming weekend. I have to, to prove to myself I can still do it !!!

    When my marriage broke up ten years ago, I spent the best part of 8 years just existing. .... now that I am actually living again I am not missing out on anything for anyone !!!!
    I just need the practice of living as a skinny person...... and leaving the fat existence the the past

    So.... the skinny living scales said 15st 7lbs this morning. .. so the gain is gone+1 ; )

    I just wrote something in another diary....
    A programme I watched years back was about hypnotherapy. ... I think it might have been Paul mckenna actually....
    But it went on about imagining the food you love in circumstances thst repulse you.... ie, covered in dog poo, or sick, or hair, or whatever makes you not want to eat.....
    I had forgotten about it....
    This does work for me.....
    I actually have his weight loss cds somewhere. .. maybe I should listen to them in the car !!!!
    Im a good 45 mins each way to work every day... so an ideal opportunity eh ?

    I only want to be a 14 though
    That will do me nicely
    Even at goal, I will be half a stone over weight for my height
    But I never wanted to be a waif, so my goal is my ideal weight

    I do feel more positive today.
    I am sooo glad the scales moved
    I deffo feel the no exercise (since Tuesday) is detremental to my thoughts and keeping me on track.
    I could have done the shred, yes....but I didn't
    Tomorrow I am back at the gym , and will get in at least 4 days there this week

    I spoke to the man friend today. He didn't say, but I think he was concerned that my couple of days off would be more. He said he just wants me to feel comfy in myself in the summer ect. And he is right

    I am currently making him Sunday dinner , but I am okay with that, apart from maybe the massive yorkshires
    But I will not have anything today
    I would love another wee loss, to see me into the lower end of 15's by Tuesday.
    I think I will skip weighing tomorrow. Give myself a surprise on Tuesday
