    YAY for thin days.... 2st can be sorta hidden i think as its the same for me... i thnk i only wrote in my diary a few days ago that i feel i am now at the weight where if i lose 7lb more it starts to really notice ...

    its strange how much difference that next 7lb can make to your body...

    I dont feel my gym stuff is that baggy to be honest
    Or anything else for that matter
    Maybe I am just used to wearing baggy stuff ...again
    I have some smaller gym stuff, that is still a bit tight...but it will be okay in half a stones time

    On that subject...
    Gym stuff
    Because I always wore baggy stuff to gym, and the size I used to be... I always had to buy mans stuff . None of it matches anything
    Womens trackie bottoms are just never long enough either. And I dont really like tee shirts being too tight whilst gyming it.
    I guess I have been used to buying from the mens section as opposed to the womens
    Today whilst at the gym, I mentally made a note, out of the class of about ten... I was the only one not wearing proper womens stuff
    The stuff I have the next size down is womens stuff
    When I get to 13st 7lbs I am buying some womans gym stuff, and all matching up the the ying yang !!!

    Goal 2 - BMI under 35 - 16st 13lbs - by the end of Jan 2014 Done 28/01/14

    Goal 4 - BMI of 30 - 14st 7lbs - by the end of July 2014 = rapid lash

    Not if I eat tuna/onion/pepper mix every time I go into the kitchen to make a cup of tea, I wont
    Theres none left now... and it was only enough for a sandwich anyway.
    I still have a pack to have, so why I didnt have that, I honestly dont know
    I should have remembered that Beck book stuff.... never eat standing up !!

    We all have bad habits or we wouldn't be here but this type of diet shows them up. I have discovered that when I open the fridge I pop a bit of cheese or a tomato in my mouth and if any food is nearing its use by date I feel the need to eat it rather than throw it away. It nearly killed me to throw out two pots of yoghurt when I started this journey!
