    Goal 1 - 5 x 30 mins exercise a week - 5 - 5.5 - 4 - 5 done and ongoing
    Running - to run for 30 mins .
    So far 6/10

    Goal 2 - BMI under 35 - 16st 13lbs - by the end of Jan 2014 Done 28/01/14
    Goal 3 - BMI of 32.5 - 15st 10lbs - by the end of Feb 2014 = face peel Done 28/02/2014
    Goal 4 - BMI of 30 - 14st 7lbs - by the end of March 2014 = rapid lash
    Goal 5 - Overweight - 14st 6lbs.
    Goal 6 - Into the 13's = I think it will be Insanity.. unless I find something else
    Goal 7 - BMI of 27.5 13st 4lbs
    Goal 8 - BMI of 25 12st. ???? NOT SURE OF THIS ONE... MAYBE GET TO 12ST 7LBS AND GOAL 9

    well all hunger has gone and i can now say i am fully inot the swing of this again.

    Had a bit of a disagreement with the BF on phone earlier ..he has been driving all night so is tired.. had the cheek to try and blame it on me cos i must be grumpy cos im not eating!!!!! couldnt be further from the truth the stupid prat... told him as much too lol... has rung back since to say sorry ... but why do men assume that all women that diet have to be grumpy and miserable ggrrrrrrrr

    On a happier note my new bed has arrived for my guest room and what a bargain it was.. 200 for bed, matress, quilt ,duvet set and pillows.... Was reduced from 599 ,will look fab when its up...

    Oh and carpet fitter can get in this week to get the carpet done so hopefully by the weekend i will have a fully functioning room again YAY...

    Oh, I have had that a few times from the man friend too V
    He is diabetic... so I just say back to him, it must be his blood sugar ectect that makes him grumpy
    Come to think of it, he hasn't blamed the diet for us falling out this year at all !!

    My neighbour had bad diabetes and i can always tell when he has dipped... cos he shouts at something from the coffee cup to the "fecking dog hair" lol.. he is so funny cos he never shouts at his wife.. till you hear him say.. "i dont need a fexking sugar cube ruthie" lol... they have been together 36 years so he has obviously got his swings under control a bit ha haha ...

    On the diet fron i did have a slip last night but checked on scales this morning and all is ok... had an extra pack.. choccy one and for some bizzzare reason decided to make it into a paste and add a tiny sprinkling of oats to it???? whats that all about i ask myself... not gonna let it push me into being complacent about doing it again though (was yummy) ..

    off for a nice hours drive now to get my botox topped up... Its my treat as i cant buy clothes or go for meals/drinks etc.. Girls gotta have something eh x x x x x

    cheers essex....where abouts in essex are ya? im near colchester....

    just got back from Billericay as thats where me botox lady is.. mind you the BF was working there so we met up for a coffee..

    he had fish n chips which i have to say never bothered me at all..

    i had 2 black coffees whilst he ate it.. a little bit of me wonders if he was seeing if i really was on a TFR lol.. teasing git...

    He arrives for the weekend tomorrow which will be a testing time as we like to socialise and have drinkies.. (and im not talking diet zero drink) im a voddy girl...

    But i am determined to stay strong and not one dop of the clear stuff is gonna pass my lips... I HAVE to be at least another 2st 8lb lighter by the 25th of april when i fly to scotland with him... thats 11 weeks away so it must be doable eh????

    that would take me to 13st 2lb and a real comfy size 14... i so wanna wear a nice dress for the party we are going to...

    Its his Nannas 100th so there is gonna be loads of photos taken... when i went at xmas i was 16st 4lb so ive sworn the BF to secrecy about my diet as i want to see what peoples reactions are...

    mind you only him and 2 other people know im on a VLCD... i get so pi55ed off with people trying to tell me its unhealthy i dont bother letting on anymore... sod em they can live in ignorance ...

    I'm from shoebury, used to live in canvey . U resisted fish and chips. I am impressed u have some will power girl. How often do u have to have Botox to keep up the results ? Xxx
    im sure ul make ur target and when u. Do ul have to post a pic of u I'm ur pretty dress xx I to cant resist the vodka I can't cut out drinking on this diet or food but I like that exante controls portions and ill just have to work out every day to make sure I don't go over the 1000 calls lol xx

    Im totally in the zone for not drinking the voddy.. My BF is here for the weekend and he is a scotsman... he is also a showman traveller or Carny as some people call him... He is very supportive of my diet choice even though he said he loves me as i am... anyway he is one of the strongest willed men i know... Ive told him im not allowed to drink on the diet so i know for a fact he wont let a drop past my lips... He is probably the best person to have in my company cos there is no way i will cock up whilst he is here ...

    The fish and chip thingy was strangely easy... i dont like greasy food at best of times but on this diet ya can proper crave some weird sh1t cant ya but it didnt even cross my mind to nick one of his chips.. he would probably have stabbed me fingers with his fork ha ha ha ...

    anyways i have been on scales today and they have not budged a fecking ounce.. nil nada zip nuffink!!!!

    so im hoping for my whoosh over the next 4 days for Tues WI or i am a freal of nature lol... think i might take my measurements today fo bad loss weeks to come .. cos the first time i did this diet i took em every week... and one week i lost zip on the scales but 2" off my waist so i know its swings and roundabouts..

    Right im off to have a nose round peeps diaries and to see if the thread i had a sarcy moan on in the TS bit got moved.. the title on it was How Did you Gain the weight.... second reply listed every takeaway known to man lol.. not good for the newbies or strugglers to see eh....

    Ultimate Goal - To be able to look down and see my bikini line to shave it, and not have to do it from memory

    Goal 1 - 5 x 30 mins exercise a week - 5 - 5.5 - 4 - 5 done and ongoing
    Running - to run for 30 mins .
    So far 6/10

    Goal 2 - BMI under 35 - 16st 13lbs - by the end of Jan 2014 Done 28/01/14
    Goal 3 - BMI of 32.5 - 15st 10lbs - by the end of Feb 2014 = face peel Done 28/02/2014
    Goal 4 - BMI of 30 - 14st 7lbs - by the end of March 2014 = rapid lash
    Goal 5 - Overweight - 14st 6lbs.
    Goal 6 - Into the 13's = I think it will be Insanity.. unless I find something else
    Goal 7 - BMI of 27.5 13st 4lbs
    Goal 8 - BMI of 25 12st. ???? NOT SURE OF THIS ONE... MAYBE GET TO 12ST 7LBS AND GOAL 9
    Goal 9 - Feel comfy in a size 14.
    Goal 10 - Maintain Goal 9
