    i know i know i know were not meant to but i find this spurs me on to keep going. day 1( tues 28th june)... 11st 10.8lbs
    day 2... 11st 8.8lbs -2

    im gonna keep this going for as long as i can stand it... lol xx

    im finding it okay so far, today ive had the choc orange bar the banana shake and just had my strawb shake. i must say i love the texture and creaminess of the shakes. i hope i like the choc and vanilla.... hopefully big K 2moro xx

    I started on Monday this week and I also weighed myself each day too naughty I know! I have lost 2lb so far going to try not to weigh until Monday now! So far I've tried vanilla shake, Choc and strawberry shake and mushroom soup. Ive also tried both bars too, I like everything and am actually finding I'm not that hungry (and I eat a lot!)

    hey misa, i started tuesday and im hoping for ketosis today...

    day 1( tues 28th june)... 11st 10.8lbs
    day 2... 11st 8.8lbs -2
    day 3... 11st 5.8lbs -3 -5 so far!!!

    im not hungry just now so gonna hold off for my first shake. day 3 is always my hardest day but last night was ridiculous.... any1 been quicker with ketosis on exante, compared to other vlcds? xx

    last night was hard in the sense i really struggled with sleep, bad cramp and just feeling blah!! when i did eventually fall asleep i had the strangest most random nightmares. cant remember this on ll but hoping it was just a random night!

    yesterday i had choc shake for my breakkie, a boullion for lunch, toffee/raisin bar chopped into small pieces for tea and a vanilla shake just before bed. i got the mixed shake/ bar bumper pack as i hated the ll soups and must say i enjoy everything. i used to find the ll shakes quite sweet but i much prefer the exante shakes. i am normally more of a savoury person anyway. cant believe ive got past the dreaded day 3 with ease , and lost nearly 7lbs ( i know water weight ) in the proccess. onwards and downwards....

    going back to my roots today ( with that i mean back to blonde lol) im currently a caramel/brown highlighted shade and i feel blah... im used to BLONDE!! or red or purple but this colour im just now is too NORMAL?? i said to the girls in work yesterday that carrie is coming back..... that skinny blonde that left here a year and a half ago?? shes on her way back, hell yeah!! lol

    when i started to gain a bit back i wanted to blend in to the background more, ive always had crazy hair and when i went normal my confidence totally went. i just need to go for it, im fed up of hiding behind a false me. i want confident carrie back, the hair is just the beginning as with exante... lets do this! xx

    oh my goodness.... i can taste the 10s.... theyre a calling! i didnt drink enough water yesterday, was sooooo tired i lived on coffee, so no coffee today just water. i had a toffee/raisin bar then a strawb shake then a choc/orange bar. i know your only meant to have 1 bar a day but i only had my 2nd foodpack at half 8 last night and i couldnt bear a 2nd that close to bedtime so i had that bar with my shake. note to self "dont leave it too late to have 2 foodpacks".

    im working 7 till 6 today as its only me today in a pharmacy that does 2100+ items per week.... im not looking forward to that.

    I'm a bit nervous - just ordered my first ever exante pack - first ever vlcd. I've got butterflies in my tummy but reading this has encouraged me. You're getting great losses! I hope I like the things... (I've ordered just shakes and bars).

    I'm trying to get the water down as my head is pounding..... I'm shattered too. I do really like this diet and I love the bars. I too ordered the shakes and bars bumperpack. I like everything, the shakes are so creamy and thick. I just wana curl up and sleep but with a 5yr old that's impossible. I'm just cuddled up on the couch with him watching jumanji for the umpteenth time. I remember subjecting my parents to labyrinth over and over again, lol xx

    You are doin so well Carrie well done, I was doing so well and lost 5lb by Friday but I've had a roast dinner today as went out for a family meal! I'm gutted as didn't want to on my first week but of course aware have to have a social life too!? I did a 6 mile run this morning though so am praying ive not undone all last weeks hard work?
    I'm back on it tmw and got no plans etc so hopefully will hit ketosis next week and loose more!
    I like the shakes better than soups I must admit
    Report back next week it's keeping me going!!

    my official one week weigh in 2moro but im shocked ive lost over 8lbs in 6 days i noticed a difference yesterday when i put my work trousers on, my glycogen stores always seem to make a difference to my waist when theyre depleted. didnt do too grat with water i must admit.... just over 1ltr!! i was trying but i was soooo tired last night i crashed and burned with bottle of water at the bottom of the bed.... oh well had a pint so far this morning.

    ive not done a no 2 for 8 days now, i dont feel bunged up and dont need to go, but i wish i could have normal bowel movements. i have such a lazy bowel i nd 2 take 4 dulco once a week normally to go but my doc says that my bowel will just keep lazy so im gonna increase my fibre. ive got some from ll so gonna add a few spoons to my morning shake for a few days and see how i go. another long day to day... cant wait till my day off on wed!

    Well today is Goin ok so far, only had a strawberry shake and water so far. I try to space out as much as possible! Going for a bike ride with my partner later so that will take my mind off food. I knew today would be hard with havin a bad weekend. This weekend will be good though so am hoping for 5lb this week so fingers crossed! I'll have my bar later and veg soup tonight I think. Not tried that yet so hope it's nice? Have u tried soups?

    Having a day off (got a beauty business) so am getting stuck into cleaning and ironing!

    Let me know how you're getting on later

    Oh and re toilet too, I found I was a little bunged up I did take a laxative last night so felt better after this morning! I think it's fab that you're loosing weight and not even going to the loo!!! You're inspiring me to do well this week!! Xx
