    50 lengths is just a taster for me lol, I usually never get out of the pool until I've done at least 100. I got up to 2 mile before I split my head which is 180 lengths. Yesterday I was hungry but I lived through it lol.

    I don't know why you are weighing every 10 days. Why not 7 or 14? Are you not going to get confused counting every 10 days? Where did that come from, is there a specific reason behind it?

    Well, hope you have found the right diet for you then this time for you to lose your 30lbs. I am sure if you stick at it you will lose it in no time then you can do CD.

    The reason behind 10 days is i joined another challenge which was every 10 days and thought yeah thats a good idea . lol
    just a taster ? blimey i'd be done in lol
    I am off out now to 360 play centre with mia , one more school holiday , as its an inset day Monday .... god i'm dreading the 7 weeks come July , its longer as inset days are in ... think i'll be stir crazy by then .
    Yes will order that later as i have to fly now , had a Slim and save from my left overs , not nice but down it goes , waste not want not lol
    So your hungry , yes i tend to get that , tummy hurts but it passes ... things we do god Crazyyyyyy lol ok have a good one .... go take her to that then later she will go to Karate . all go go .

    So, swam 60 lengths last night but went out today and had 2 halves of cider lol. Was going to go swimming but thought it was a bad idea with a pint of cider inside me

    Anyway, been 100% apart from the drink. However .... I can't keep off the bars I look forward to them so much. The good/bad news is that I gave 10 to my sister and I only have 4 left now. I say good/bad becasue it's good that they will be gone in 4 days, but bad coz I love them hahaha.

    Never mind, if I haven't got them I can't have them can I. May go swimming again tomorrow, dunno yet. I would love to lose 4lb this week. I hope I have a good loss. Anyone reading this, please cross your fingers, toes, legs, anything for me lol x

    Hi Precious, I am fine thanks, how are you doing?

    I am back on track and working towards WI on Thursday. Had a sneaky WI this morning and wasn't impressed . Still, got til Thursday but to be honest I'm not hopeful, I just dont seem to be losing? What can I do? I ate last week so was expecting a bit of a loss this week but maybe not? I will wait to see what Thursday brings.

    I have had a really bad head for 3 days now and feel my body is hungry. WI tomorrow and probably haven't done as well as I would like, but hey-ho I never do

    Getting a bit sick of slogging away at this and having crap losses. Feel like giving in when I see everyone elses fab losses. Stone a month??? pffffff not for me it isnt!!!!

    So, WI wasn't too bad after all. I lost 3.5lb which is pretty good for me. I was aiming for 4lb so I can't complain. I had a good feed over the Easter weekend which set me back a bit last week, I put half a pound on, so I am back on track now. Going to be really good this week if I can to try and get into the 10's next week. Pllleeeasseee let me lose at least 2/75lbs

    I am hungry, my body feels weak and it shouldn't coz I only had something to eat 10 days ago. The last time I felt like this I ate and felt better afterwards, but I hadn't eaten for a lot longer than this time. I should be well into ketosis now after 10 days so why do I feel so weak, hungry and lethargic?

    Going to TRY and be good like I say, but can't promise if I feel like this over the weekend. I have had a headache for about 4 days now, day and night, and just cant shift it. Feel like crying and I don't know why

    Well done on the loss! I've read about you saying how your losses are slow, This could be a good thing! Because when you eat your gains aren't massive! I ate Friday night 2 flat mushrooms wrapped in Parma ham and a side of rocket then a salmon fillet on a bed of green veg and a glass of dry white wine. Saturday I ate a bit of lean meat at breakfast and an egg. Then a chicken fillet with some veg, a bread roll (BAD) a few other LITTLE bits and copious amounts of dry white. I gained 8lb!!!!! I expected 5 but not 8!!!! Maybe it shows the quicker you lose the quicker you gain! This post was meant to make you feel a but better but I seem to of gone off track a bit lol. Also because you've not got shed loads to lose- which is never a bad thing

    You're doing really really amazingly well. I felt how you did last night. Headache, run down and generally like poop. Maybe the hunger is psychological. Because you're feeling down it makes you want to eat. (that's how I work!)

    Do you drink coke zero? Have you had all your packs for the day? Today I had a porridge for breakfast and just now I had half a banana shake made into a sort of hot latte with coffee (sounds grim but it was tasty) and half a bar then I'll have the other halves later.

    I've rambled on and on but chin up lovely you'll do this! xxxxx

    How much have u got left to loose now sorry hunny I'm on my phone so can't see stats, if it's not much more couple of options 1 maybe add meals WS 2 join a slimming class and loose the last bit that way or just ts and relax the excersise ??

    Hope u feel better soon just remember u have worked hard to get to where u are hunny don't be to hard on yourself - maybe treat ur self to a low carb meal at the weekend with some sparkling water :-) hugs x x

    Slimsarah, thanks for popping in. Wow 8lb gain, I see where you are coming from, I would be gutted but at least you are getting back on track which is a good thing. That's what I do - as soon as I have eaten something which is usually planned anyway - back on track next day or it makes it 100 times worse. I do treat myself to a Coke Zero or Dr. Pepper Zero on a night time, usually with a Tesco bar but I have stopped eating them as I felt it was slowing my loss down. So now I don't even have that to look forward to You have lost 6.5 stone, that is amazing, well done.

    Percious, I have 9lb to lose til I get to goal. I don't want to start introducing food just yet, not while I am "in the zone", the longer I can stay SS the better. Also, before I start going to WW or SW I want to actually be below goal by half a stone if I can, that way, when I start eating (even diet food) I will put weight on in the form of water etc. then by my reconing I will even out. That's the plan anyway lol. I might have a cottage cheese salad at some point, we'll see how I feel coz I dont actually WANT to cheat, but feel so crap at the moment.

    I have dramatically reduced my exercise this past 2 weeks or so but I am planning on introducing a bit more this week. Maybe that will help. You've had a good two weeks - keep it up x
