Hey, So this is all so new to me!.. 2011 was the worst year of my life.. I separated from my husband, had to move back home and piled on 2 and a half stone through comfort eating. Since then i have tried so many diets and gym but being a single mum of two its difficult to keep on the right track.. So i've decided 2012 WILL be amazing!.. through the exante diet i will loose weight and look hot for the summer and look at my ex and think god i can do some much better then you (lol) and Looking at some of your diaries makes me more determined not to fail, you've all done fantastic and hopefully with your help i can too :)
Would love to hear from people who have a similar weight to lose for help, support and a little motivation.

Bring on the weight loss!! :)
 
Feeling reall lethargic today :( .. literall have no energy and worried if i don't exercise i won't lose the weight??.
Yesterday went ok :S i tried sticking to the 3 meal replacements but later decided to eat some tuna (which has no carbs) and some low cal crackers so ketosis is definitely not going to kick in anytime soon :(

This morn i guzzled down a pint of water then had my first shake, just not sure when to have my shakes and bar.. Don't want to have them to early and feel starving later and don't want to have all my 3 meal replacements before 4.30 because i know i'll be hungry later.. Any suggestions?

Also feeling poorly :( not a good start to this diet.. Just need some energy, im determined to atleast hit the gym mon, tues and weds but feeling like this is gona be diffficult :(
 
you can split your packs out throught the day.. half at a time maybe??
 
Thanks guys :) this forum helps sooo much! so far 4lb has been lost although last night i almost went into melt down when i jumped on the scales late at night and read 11.10, Managed to put my mind at ease by telling myself its water weight don't panic just don't jump on the scales everyday..soo whats the first thing i do this morn?! jump on the friggin scales lol!.. still a 4lb loss but im just starting my 3rd day so i can't moan :)

Yesterday was a good-ish day, had my bar at 4.30-5ish and by 6.30 i was soo hungry, got through it and the stomach cramps went then by 9pm they were back.. And by 10 i was soo hungry i literally could have eaten my arm haha. Realizing raiding my cupboards and fridge is just gona set me back i went and made myself a camomile tea :D. Had some dreadful stomach cramps last night?? and they continued this morn, but seem to have settled now.
Decided also since im putting my body under enough strain going from like 4,000 cals a day to just 600 i'm not going to hit the gym instead when i feel upto it just do my exercise dvd!
Love coming on here seeing everyones stats, so inspirational, makes me feel so much better, so thanks guys :)

Oh not quite sure how to do the whole stats thing at the bottom? :S

Soo last night i decided to give my Jennifer ellison dvd a go last night, I had so much more energy, Kinda thought doing that dvd last night i'd wake up 4lb lighter, yeh fat chance!.. Hopped on scales this morn to find no change :( felt a little down, looking at some stats, couldn't figure out why my weight loss is so slow people lose 4lb in one dayyy :( ..Also still using keto sticks and still not in ketosis soo im gona wait out, Im just reallyyyy impatient and dying to be back to my thin self and to top it off i have to see my ex this weekend (as hes having the kids) and i just wish i was hot and skinny again just to say to myself when i see him 'Hey guess what u lost' with a big fat smug look on my face butttt guess thats just gona have to wait! soo all and all not that bad! x
