I feel crap and very sick. Had to attend wedding today and whilst managed shake bouillon and water for rest of time i felt obliged to eat.... AAAGH.

Nightmare - back on 100% tomorrow. Was beginning to like the emptier but satisfied feeling. More water and no bar - just shakes for me tomorrow i think!

Bad timing - no more events until towards end Feb! Fingers crossed.........

I am new here too andI feel optimistic about this weight loss attempt as its harder to give up when you know there are people rooting for you here.
Tomorrow is another day.... go easy on yourself.

I felt really light headed and ill yesterday and thought I was going to faint while I was getting my hair done so I ended up eating also!

Glad to hear you've had a better day. Have you hopped on the scales yet or are you being good?

Hi thx for post. Not been on scales yet - trying to leave it the full 7 days coz 1/ trying to be good 2/ scared after yesterday 3/ am going to buy some decent scales with fat monitor etc.......

here's to another good day for both of us tomorrow!

reasonable TV tonight so going to watch TV to chill and sip ice cold water!

I started today and I feel similar, not particularly hungry just super nauseous. Well done for keeping 100% though
