Well coming to the end of Day 15 and another successful 100% day
Will have a couple of hot chocs, with maybe added coffee for my final "meals"
Have had 4.5L of water today (not intentionally, ironing is thirsty work!!) and a pint of coke zero.
Next time I'm in Lakeland I'm going to get some silicone lolly moulds, to make coke zero ices.

Having tomato and basil soup for dinner, will have had 3L water + 1 pint coke zero before I go to bed (struggled with the water today)
Totalled 13000 + steps already.
So a successful end to day 16.
So glad I stuck this out, every day gets easier, tho' I do dream often of food. Bizarrely egg and watercress sarnies or crusty rolls feature a lot!
