    Gigglepants Diary!

Hi all, I'm G and have started the Exante road to a new me today

I previously managed to go from 12st 8lbs to 10st 8lbs after having the hypnosis "hypnoband"

However, after losing my brother in a horrible, horrible way, I started to comfort eat, and have put all but 8lbs of the lost weight back on

Today I have set myself the target of losing 2 and a half stones by a significant (to me) anniversary

I might not always get to update regularly, but will try to at least weekly.
Primarily I'm starting this diary for my own benefit, to keep me on track.
I've lurked on this Exante section for a good few weeks and found it very helpful, inspiring and supportive.

Just had the mushroom soup for lunch, added lots of black pepper and found it wasn't too bad.

Had 2L of water so far.

Having the chocolate orange bar for my last meal today.

It isn't too bad, much nicer than the porridge anyway!

Will have had 3L of water today by the time I go to bed and have clocked up 12,000 steps already.

So a successful day one completed.

Well porridge again, flavoured with some cinnamon today.
Fingers crossed that it'll be nicer!

Woken with a bad headache, not looking forward to going to work.

Hmmmm felt nauseous thinking 'bout the porridge so opted for the toffee fruit and raisin bar instead. Will face the porridge for my final meal of the day, when I'm home

    This bar's quite nice!

I've been the same mooching about on here lol!
Glad you enjoyed the bar. I'm going to get some Tesco Ultraslim bars today for a bit of variety The porridge is definitely 'unique' but I kinda like it. I love that the shakes aren't too sweet too. Day 3 feels good for me, i seem to be switched on despite having barely any sleep (again!) I'm expecting a crash at some point though.

Ooooh, will look out for the T. Ultraslim bars.

Just had the porridge with cinnamon and definitely prefer it that way! Made it with less water too so was quite "stodgy" much nicer.
Which is good as they gave me an extra 5 packs of those, (am guessing because the expiry date is next month) so I need to have one porridge a day

I like my porridge stodgy too, I just had some for (a very late) lunch, it was yummy and it just hit the spot.
I had to work this afternoon and the gap between my brekkie shake and my lunch was too much, I was feeling v light headed and weak and was fantasizing about fast food as I drove home I didn't give in though (well i'm miles from a fast food outlet anyway thankfully). I'm not giving up now!!
