Day 2 and i am struggling :mad:

yesterday had 3 lipotrim shakes and 2 lipotrim shakes today.
Just received my months supply of Exante at 4pm Today and had one of the bars at 5pm then realise i now have to wait till tomorrow morning till i have anything else :eek:

what time do people eat during the day? i think tomorrow i am gonna have

8am. shake
2pm. soup
8pm bar

is this about right?
 
Day 3

wife was off work today so she took kids to school.
Had a bar at 9am and a Thai chicken soup at 3pm will have a milkshake about 8pm.
Not feeling to bad today at all not feeling to hungry and have had about 3 lts of water, not gonna drink any water after 7pm tonight as i kept waking the wife up all night going for a wee :D
 
Hey hun, I usually try and leave it as late as poss to have first shake, the water gets me through the morning usually.

It does get easier xx

Is it ok to do that? does it not effect your metabolism?
 
hello and :welcome2: to exante, I have first shake as soon as I get up be that 7 a.m or later then i usually have a bar about 2p.m and have my soup around 6p.m in between I just drink loads of water andof an evening i usually drink a 2litre sparkling but yes that does mean up and down all night but it works for me x

Im on day one and was thinking that im gonna be so hungry by the time i go to bed, well yes im hungry, have a head ache and cold hands. The first week is tough but your body will get used to the new deit and you will be just fine.

When I'm working, I'll have my first pack first thing. But on my days off I tend to have it mid morning. I really don't think it matters, just as long as you don't miss any.
 
Day 4

stressed today wife at work and my 3 kids plus 2 cousins driving me mad!
spent most of last night laying awake thinking of all different kinds of food! :eek:
im not hungry just cant stop thinking about what i want to eat, just feel like going on a Hugh binge, think the kids might be one of my triggers haha.
Kids saying there hungry now so will have to go and cook them dinner wish me luck.

Be strong!!! You can do it!! Just think of when u WI at the end of the week and all the hard work paying off!!! If it helps why dont you make up half of your meal and sip it as you make dinner...might help :)

I will be strong, just put there dinner on and sat here having a tomato and basil soup which is not as bad as some have said haha.
Think i am gonna have to tell my sister i need a rest for having her 2 little ones over on a Friday after school for a couple of weeks, mine are 3/4/6 and my sisters kids are 5/7, think i need time just to get used to this new diet! there all up stairs at the moment watching a DVD so have got 10 mins piece :)

Wow! All under 10!! Dont they just have endless energyyy!! But kids can be a distraction when hunger strikes ;). Not sure if having 5 kids around helps with the hunger tho hmmm...
I enjoyed the tomato soup as well but had spiced it up (hot curry powder) usually i hate tomato soups.

hey and welcome oh and your doing great.....dont know if it will help you at all but it suits me....i have my shake or bar when i get back from the school run, always have a pint if water when i wake and refill the glass and have ablack coffee with another pint afterwards, this keeps me full. then will have either bar or shake, then i try and leave it till 2-3pm to have the next, and i always have my sioup...in a bowl so i feel like im eating a meal, when im preparing the kids dinners, then just plenty of water through the evening. hope thats a help.x oh and i have the food thoughts around day 5 and it drove me nuts i wasnt hungry at all but jujst kept thnking of food..lol
 
Day 5

not to bad today have felt good :)
just had my last shake at 9pm i had actually forgot i had one left haha.
went asda today and bought some peppermint tea so drank 3 cups of that as well as around 3lts of water.
Still thinking of food for hours in bed at night but im sure that will pass with time.
 
Well done on completing Day 5!! I am sure " food dreaming" will pass soon. I try to switch my thinking to how I will look when I reach target,what i want to wear, try to plan all I want to do and when...sometimes I just can't wait to get there :)

Day 6

had a bad day today i have found myself planning on ways to get out of the house and get a McDonalds, i have not done it but just been thinking of ways to get out, has anyone else ever done that? im not hungry really but still feel the need to eat :(
just gonna get in bed i think.
 
Bed is always the best option when foody thoughts are lingering, I find! Hope you managed to keep your resolve & avoid the golden arches!! It will all be worth it & you'll soon be in the swing of it all, you can do it!!

I managed to resist the urges feeling better this morning.
Its amazing how when you are on this diet i have come to realise just how much of a hold food has got on me! its actually very disturbing!
it effects everything from just being able to do every day activities to the way i act with my wife and kids, lucky she understands its something i have to do.
I am a massive binge eater and was 17 stone at Christmas, last week it scared me when i weighed myself and i was nearly 18 stone i cant carry on like that i want to be here to see my kids grow up. i had started to notice over the last 2 months i was sweating and out of breath just walking the kids to school in the morning, that's not good!
Think i might have a talk to my doctor see what he thinks maybe i can get some help? talk to someone about the way i am with food.
 
Decided to have monday as my weigh in day so have just weighed myself and have lost 13lbs :)
