Today is the end of week 1 and so far so good! I initially bought the mixed bumper pack and tried everything in it for the first four days. All the shakes are spot on in my opinion, but the thai chicken and the tomato soup are horrendous. As a result I'm trying to get rid of them first so I've something to look forward to carrying on!
So far (touch wood) I haven't found it too tricky. The occasional temptation has crossed me, especially my boyfriends mums home made fudge, but I've managed to stay 100%. I was originally 14:10 and at weigh in this morning I'm 14:3, a loss I'm very pleased with hopefully the coming three weeks are as successful!
