    Im Back

    Hi everyone did exante for 4 weeks a few months back and lost just under 2 stone then due to financial pressure i stopped and went onto slimming world and guess what it was more expensive in the long run. I lasted 2 weeks and since then i have stuffed my face so much it was absolutely ridiculous was really worryingabout myself. My hubby not happy at all about me doing vlcd again he feels as though our life comes to a halt when im dieting and he hates it. I am determined to keep going with this as I am sooooooo fed up being out of control. I have always been heavy but since i stopped smoking in March i have put on nearly 3 stone in total now. I sometimes wonder if it was worth it. Anyhow I started yesterday and was 100% so thats good. I bought the winter warmer bulk pack with the carbonara in it and porridge and bars, love the porridge and bars not sure about carbonara its strange . Anyway enough of these ramblings I will come on every few days and post how im getting on. Good luck everyone ONWARDS AND DOWNWARDS.

    well its day 4 and i have to say im doing really well. Feel good and have this overwhelming feeling of control and i love it. Went into town today with hubby and 2 kids there was one of those christmas markets with foods from around the world they all stuffed their faces i had a black coffee. Yaaaaaaaaay me.

    well done it seems like you are doing great there keep it up soldier on and show hubby that it was all worth it. I know that we are awful to live with while we are on the diet but it gets better as time goes. The carbonara is a bit strange at first and salty but as you get along it does taste better I am enjoying it more now and dont think i can survive without. Carry on doing wat u are doing it will b worth it at the end

    well weighed in this morning and i have lost 13lbs nearly fell off the scales was soo shocked. Just need to keep going now, im kinda mental when it comes to loosing weight i loose a bit and all of a sudden think im looking ok. This time im keeping going I think if im very good i should loose 2 stone in time for christmas. Hope everyone else is doing good. Speak again soon.

    I am EXACTLY the same... lasted two weeks before i felt a bit better about myself and started eating again... not giving up this time though - a mistake wont turn into quitting the diet ill just try again the next day!

    well i have done my usual feel better about myself and then CHEAT why do i do it <really angry crying face> Took a wee peak at the scales and have not lost a single solitary ounce so what did i do had a biscuit a banana and a bar of choc (LARGE) I really hate myself at times.
