I am starting exante total solution tomorrow and any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Like how to stop the flavours becoming boring? Or different methods of eating them.. It is hard however I am doing it.
I found that adding coffee or cinnamon to the milkshakes livened them up and adding lots of ice. Also adding cinnamon to the porridge was lovely. With the soups I found that curry powder and herbs added helped. The pasta carbonara was nice but needed cooking longer and standing to soften the pasta.
I found the fact that exante took away the daily decisions about food really helpful and it made me realise how much snacking I was doing without thinking about it. To have a break from 'real' food was good for me and gave me time to clear my head and get out of those bad habits.
