    Move up levels when you can comfortably do all of the previous level. And start off with the lowest weight. If you feel that its too light, then move up with the next weight. Dont push yourself too hard initially..... time will come when your fitness will build up, and you will be able to do more.

    When I first started I could hardly do any reps of anything... but you soon build that up.

    I am definitely starting on Level 1, and dont hold much hope of finishing it without a sleep afterwards haha. I am very out of practice but excited xx

    Im breaking out tomorrow whaaaaa hoooo!!

    Tomorrow we're off shopping with my Nan for the afternoon and then straight to Ballet

    I have been cooped up in the house with no visitors for 10 days! Cant wait for tomorrow lol. Chciken Pox is fine now so we are free to leave. Normality YES! I'l be home around 6pm so im just wondering where to fit in my first day of Shred. Probably best to do it before i leave eh? I would prefer to do it when i get home and the kids are in bed 7pm, but the OH will be here and im not doing shred infront of anyone! So it will have to be morning

    Gym gear probably wont arrive in time though, Havnt had a despatch email yet, Whats the point in paying for Next Day Delivery? So i will take my first day shred photo whichever day it all arrives. Until then, i will just shred on the carpet with rolled up PJ bottoms and a vest. Attractive

    Im super excited for everything tomorrow!! xx

    You may have to have an extra pack some days to keep you going. I know that might seem too much, but it will help you to exercise properly. ...

    As you know.I'm.doing.CD but with exante being vlcd too thought I would chip in

    I've been told its not wise doing high intensity exercise while following a vlcd, particularly those where you are having less.than 800 cals a day. Not only due to your health and safety but because your body may start to panic as you burn off more cals/fat and then start to keep hold of it, so it can have an effect on your losses.

    Just take it easy
    Week 1 -12lbs!!
    Week 2 -6lb

    Week 3 -4lbs pm weigh in rather than am
    Week 4 -4lbs
    Week 5 -3lbs
    pm weigh in and TOTM
    Week 6 -2lbs
    Week 7 -6lbs
    Week 8 no weigh in as Xmas!
    Week 9 -5lbs and in the 14s!!! PAARRRTTY!
    Week 10 -3lbs

    Week 11 -2lbs (one day early)
    Week 12 -7lbs
    Week 13 -1lb (lowest loss yet but due to TOTM, weighing in a day early and the big loss last week!)
    Week 14 -3lbs
    Week 15 -3lbs

    Week 16 -4lbs
    Week 17 -1lb
    Week 18 -1lb
    Week 19 +2lb
    Week 20 -7lb get in!!

    I have had a headache today and tummy cramps, and am bleeding which is worrying as TOTM was only very recently. Probably not the best thing to do but i am off to Google to see if i can find out if its normal for a VLCD to maybe mess up the menstral cycle and it not be anything else xx

    Gutted that i havnt had a despatch email for my sports direct stuff Maybe its not going to arive tomorrow after all grrr.

    BUT, i have been thinking...

    Im sat here doing nothing right now, everyones in bed asleep, nothing on tv, busy day planned all day tomorrow... I think im going to do my Day 1 of the Shred NOW Instead of tomorrow not aswell as. That way it will be done, and i can go about my day tomorrow not having to try and squeeze it in and not fully enjoy it (enjoy, LOL, yeah right). Then i can get onto Day 2 Saturday and every day after that. Problem is i have nothing to do it with and still no trainers! So its rolled up PJ bottoms, vest, 2 tins of carrots and the floor. Doesnt matter, at least it will be doing it eh (she says before she tried lol).

    So wish me luck, Im off to shred. Pray for me!! xx

    Oh God.

    Im panting, im shaking, im feeling tightness all over, feel jelly-like, hot, sweaty and nauseous. Really nauseous.

    BUT i have just completed my first Day 1 of Shredding Level 1 following Natalie!!!

    Ah, i feel really sick and wobbly actually. Wow so unfit, That was HARD. Nothing easy about Level 1 omg HARDCORE!

    All the water iv just guzzled straight after has really made me feel sick, Im still shaking typing this and dont feel too good but boy am i proud and that beats the physical effects right now It was going sooooo well, let me explain.

    Rolled up my tinkerbell PJ bottoms and had a bra on up top. Got 2 tins of tomato soup in the end as they are 400g each. Got to work - By circuit 1 cardio i HATED Jillian, Jumping Jacks were KILLER! and rop jumps straight after, Omg i just had to push through i dont know how i did it. I didnt take any breaks, not for a second, Really struggled thorugh and was following Natalie!....

    ...Last 8 minutes to go and suddenly the living room door opens and in walks OH with his gob to the floor!!!!

    Im there diving onto the sofa, grabbing the kids Dora blanket off the floor, my 'fitness mat', to cover my modesty, dropping 2 tins of Heinz tomato soup!!

    Yeah i guess looking back it was almost funny but i was FUMING that i stopped!!! He runs through into the kitchen laughing and appologising, grabs a drink and promises he's not coming back. I told him he'd ruined it because im not allowed more than a 5 second stop and had really pushed through the pain barrier to get that far with no break! Well he went, rekon it was just over 1 minute in all, so i quickly rewound the dvd back an extra 2 minutes to make up for it and carried on.

    Oh it was tough, and i mumbled 'F cking B itch' to Jillian once or twice during the last circuit of cardio But i did it i did it!!

    After typing that ^^ i just jumped up to grab more water and my legs just nearly gave way lol, had to sit straight back down. As im sat here my belly, or 'abs' pffft are feeling it. At least i know i did it right and boy did i give it everything i have. I realise how dramatic i sound right now lol, I am so unfit and my body is in shock, i really do feel like this and more than i can explain. Im going to sit here a while before doing anything, and hope the sick feeling passes. I can deal with the aches and muscles, but the sickness isnt nice. So to clarify - That was my Day 1 instead of tomorrow, so tomorrow (Friday) i dont need to do any, and Day 2 comences Saturday

    No ED I don't. ... but I know that last time I did regularly add a meal. ... this time I will add a pack...
    Just be careful please.... I thinking adding a pack on days where you are walking AND shredding should be the way ahead for you... as said before, doing too much with not enough inside you could make you ill, and stall your losses, and we don't want that eh ?

    Maybe then you won't feel sick

    You're right, I dont want to get poorly. I hate the thought of having a 4th pack though Ok i think i will try 3 days with 3 packs and if i feel ok i will take it one day at a time after that. If at any point i feel dizzy/weak/poorly then i will have 4th packs as i know my health has to come first for my little girls! First i want to try 3 packs though

    After that i did worry my body might have been reacting like that poor woman did in 2008 who died on LL, but it was just my body in massive shock from the workout God i understand everything you said about it now, You must have been laughing when i was planning on not doing many days of Level one and going straight up, As if!!

    Read through The Shred Thread and you are a machine!! Saw how many days you did last year, That is fantastic. I hope my fitness and strength improves. I would LOVE to get to the stage where i find Level one 'fine'. Id feel proud then

    I planned on following Anita but apart from the push ups (which i forgot to say of course i followed Anita for!) i pretty much found Natalie ok to follow - and i mean 'ok' as in pushing myself to the brink for every damn second, nothing easy about this DVD right now lol.

    Oh no, i didnt think too much about tomorrow's pain lol the loo will be the first test in the morning eh! Im still feeling very wobbly right now. I dont remember reading your reaction like this, I must be ridiculously unfit lol no surprise xx

    Just to let everyone know im still alive and well after my first day shredding Hehe. No pain this morning, apart from my right upper arm.

    Was thinking last night as i was going to sleep - I can do Day 2 of shredding tonight! Like i did last night! I did Day one at 10pm so whats the difference? Il be more tired as this is my first day out in over a week though but its an option.

    Finally had an email to say my parcel is with the courier. Im going in the shower now and bathing the kids, Then we're going out dinner time so its got until then to be delivered or il miss it. Hope it hurrys, Really excited to own my very own fitness stuff lmao
