    Oh i feel fantastic!!! When OH said he was going to bed i thought 'Oh no, I really cant be bothered.' But i said to him im still going to do it, Thats what change and pushing yourself is all about. So on auto pilot i got dress, set my stuff up and put the DVD on then just got on with it. I noticed a difference immediately. Those jumping jacks + rope jumps i hated yesterday, I found no problem today. I didnt need to imagine Emmerdale scenes or anything haha, Just focussed on Jillian and my breathing. The Circuit 1 and 3 cardio wernt what i remembered them to be last night. Im really really happy and really proud

    Once it stopped i felt fine. Nice and hot, and sweaty, with a healthy breathing rate. Not gulping air back like i was in a bag under water, like day 1.

    So if i can do it, ANYONE reading this absolutely can.

    Now im going to watch catch up Corrie on Sky+ that i missed Friday and enjoy this elation feeling xx
    Sorry, reading that back i didnt explain it accurately. It was what i said, but of course it was still tough, I shouldnt have said i 'did it with ease'. It wasnt exactly a walk in the park But absolutely 'easier' and more 'relaxed' that yesterday. It is getting enjoyable xx

    I dont think you should worry about what you talk about in YOUR diary.
    Its YOUR diary. I think as long as you dont breach any of the forum rules, you will be fine.
    I was probably as vocal, if not more about the shred when I did it the first time... I think there was a few on here thought I was on commission to get new starters hehehe
    As you say, you do need somewhere to record what you are feeling, for when you look back.
    Its really funny, as over the last week, I have been doing exactly that... and its amazing what you forget happened, but rereading does bring the memories flooding back . Its great

    And yes ED, you are right... I'm not so fussed about the number on the scales in the end.
    I want to be healthy.
    I want to be a healthy weight for my height.
    I want exercise to be part of that healthyness
    I want to look healthy.
    I want to eat healthy.
    For the moment, as long as I am losing a wee bit every week, AND exercising, then I am happy
    If you check my measurements... one of them I weight 223lbs, and the most recent I weigh 222lbs... the difference in some of the measurements is quite alot, considering there is only 1lb of a difference. The only difference between then and now, is exercise , as I was well into shredding then
    Sorry, now I'm wittering in your diary

    Ultimate Goal - To be able to look down and see my bikini line to shave it, and not have to do it from memory

    Goal 1 - 5 x 30 mins exercise a week

    Goal 2 - BMI under 35 - 16st 13lbs - by the end of Jan 2014 Done 28/01/14
    Goal 3 - BMI of 32.5 - 15st 10lbs - by the 15th June 2014
    Goal 4 - BMI of 30 - 14st 7lbs - by the end of July 2014 = rapid lash
    Goal 5 - Overweight - 14st 6lbs.
    Goal 6 - Into the 13's = I think it will be Insanity.. unless I find something else
    Goal 7 - BMI of 27.5 13st 4lbs
    Goal 8 - BMI of 25 12st. ???? NOT SURE OF THIS ONE... MAYBE GET TO 12ST 7LBS AND GOAL 9
    Goal 9 - Feel comfy in a size 14.
    Goal 10 - Maintain Goal 9

    That's true, It is my diary.. I dont half talk rubbish lol.

    Right this minute, things are suddenly clicking into place about everything you've been telling me about exercise I feel so calm and on a high. Yesterday i said i hated every minute, Tonight i can hand on heart say i am looking forward to tomorrows workout, just to feel my body improve even the tinniest bit more. Magic, it doesnt even sound like me talking right now, whats happened! Its great

    I also want to be healthy and fit. This is a first for me. Stop the press - Im enjoying it

    I wouldn't worry about what your talking about in your own diary! I love reading your shredding stories! I'm glad you can start noticing your fitness improve already! And your right, theres no point exercising in your comfort zone- its good to push the boundaries! Your'll still be losing fat by doing the shred anyway and if weight loss slows or sts its likely because of muscle anyway- but thats the whole point in the shred- to tone and build muscle! Your doing fab and as you can see, so many people read your diary with genuine interest

    You're so right, the weight loss slowing could be because its making muscle, Going through all kinds of stuff, and my body is probably thinking "What the hell is going on fatty!?!" lol. I will take measurements next weekend just to monitor if iv lost an inch rather than a few lbs.. Unless i do still lose a few lbs next week who knows. Its up and down isnt it.     ED, talk about what you want, if someone doesn't want to read it they won't but we are all still here! Your drive is more of an inspiration than just talking about VLCD packs. I just put mine out in the morning too because I forget and it's not good to forget one. It means we are rocking to success! How many of us have given in to the 'cant be bothered' attitude but you powered through and felt fantastic. You've even inspired me to up my exercise, although I cant shred I can crank . You and Marge have inspired me so much I may even put my own table up.

    Just waiting for our taxi to go to the party. Iv been so busy today, Had to nip to my Nans too so havnt Shredded early as planned. I will do it tonight again but this time not as late - School in the morning! Hopefully OH will go to bed a little earlier, Though im sure he will as its a 12 hour shift today and he wont be home until 7pm. We'll be back from the party around the same time.
