    Day 4 Shred DONE 8:49pm 1.5kg weights following Natalie.

    Im absolutely done in. It was really tough tonight, Far tougher than last night, Im not sure why. Really had to push through and was back to swearing at Jillian again

    I dont think i was ready to up my weights, I think tomorrow will be 1kg and hope its better

    We have a double living room, So OH played on the Xbox while i put the laptop on the dining table and put the DVD on there. He couldnt see me as the sofa is facing away. Not that i would have noticed! He could have been clapping along to the music cheering me on and i wouldnt have known - It was really tough. I love the abs circuits though.

    Sso what i found tough again was jumping jack to rope jumps, and butt kicks, and side lunges but only the second halves, as that is when the weights really start to pull me down and hurt. MUCH less aches and pains today though, far, far better

    The whole buzz and positivity i talked of last night can go jump! I hated it tonight lol. Oh how i miss the easiness of the treadmil! To think i found that hard at first, but now i could jog on my hands and find it easier than the Shred hehe.

    So back to school tomorrow and my 3.6 mile daily walks

    Oh oh oh i almost forgot!!!! HUGE load of praise at the kiddies party tonight!!! I was almost in tears with the compliment, I couldnt believe it. Was really unexpected, because i knew id see all the Mums at the school gates tomorrow but for some reason it never occured to me that of course i would see them all this evening at the party! It was my 5 year olds school friends party, So the parents were all there. The Mum who sold me the treadmil all them weeks ago, i havnt seen her since. She hit another Mum in the ribs with her mouth wide open and shouted 'Omg look at her! Look at the size!' (about me ). I didnt know for sure so i looked away, but she raced around the party table to me and said 'Omg girl i cant believe the difference in you, I was just telling (other mum) look at you! You look amazing what have you done?!'. Im not good at compliments so i did my nervous laugh and said Oh its just the coat.. then she said no way its gone from everywhere look at your face! I cant believe it!' (then proceeded to suck in her face and pull down on her chin - i presume she wasnt trying to say i look like skeletal though ). Hehe i was gobsmacked, what a reaction, wow! All for me? I said i was drinking more water and using the treadmil, making healthier choices. I dont like to tlak about what im actually doing. Then she was tapping the mums walking past and saying things like, 'look, can you believe her!' with them noding and smiling etc. I was embarassed but so amazed, i didnt know how to react so was just nervously laughing then asked my daughter if she could reached the sandwiches ok and said thanks, then went and helped my daughter reach the sandwiches.. which i know she doesnt like Well i left there feeling wonderful

    So anyway, plan is to be asleep by 11pm the latest tonight, So that leaves time for my last shake, catch up of Take Me Out on the laptop and bed

    Today will also be Day 5 of The Shred, Once i feel like it. Havnt felt the mood this morning, I think i really do prefer night time shredding for some reason. Probably because during the day it takes up a lot of time - the workout is only 20 minutes but the shower afterwards is longer, So night time is easier. Hair cap on, quick shower, bed with dry hair

    So its back to somplete normality today for us! School back on Lots of walking Monday to Friday. 3.6 miles a day, The Shred, and i have the treadmil but havnt been on for a while. Moved my living room around and it needs an extension cable now to plug it on. Really want to get Zumba for the Wii! Might see about that next week

    Oh my trainers never did fit either by the way. So im still shredding in my socks lol, which has started to hurt my right ankle. Its the jumping jakcs doing that.

    Girls are in school and im off to pick up the youngest in 15 minutes so will have my first shake when i get back. Not much else to report i dont think! Oh yes there is - Previewed WI again this morning and am still EXACTLY 13st 4lbs 1/4 .. EXACTLY the same as last Tuesday! Surely i would have gone up or down by a one millionthe of a lb? I find that odd! The 1/4 i mean. It hasnt moved! So it will be a -1lb loss for me tomorrow unless i lose more overnight tonight which is doubtful. Im not sure if its all the shredding, oir if its juts one of those weeks

    I dont mind the odd 1lb loss or a STS but i do hope it picks up next week purely because a 1lb loss every week will take an awful long time getting to goal, I still have 3 stone 5 lbs to lose! Im sure it will fluctuate though, as i have had up and down losses throughout xx

    I think you will have a slow loss this week because of the big loss last week.
    Don't forget ED you may have to add a pack if you are doing all that exercise, otherwise your losses could stall. I would see how next week goes, then decide , unless you need extra this week to keep going

    Cheers Marge! I really hope thats not the case. Im extremely strict with Exante and to be honest i would give up the shred before i had an extra pack! Hopefully its just a down week and will pick up, I will monitor my weight this week to see if it starts to lose the lbs again and go from there. It was only the other day i said i didnt care so much about the weight loss anymore as i was focussed on the Shred, but after reading through my 'estimate' table i did a while back, it made me see i could fall way below my target mini goals and really dont want it to take an extra few months to get to goal because of too much intense exercise. If thats the case i would prefer to lose the weight first and then shred the hell out of my body to see real tone rather than fat with less inches. Been bothering me today xx


    OH wanted tomato sauce with his food so i went to open the bottle (You know the little aluminium top you have to pull off, Like the tabs on milk) and the tomato sauce burst out all over my bottom lip! You would have thought acid was on my lip with my reaction haha! I grabbed the nearest tea towel and was like a mad woman getting it all off, then gargled water and spat it out Lmao.

    Had some lovely comments at the school gates xx
