    Well people this is it have WI... 170.4lbs so still not as good as Tues but does mean a very respectable 18.6lbs in 1 month.

    Have done my measurements: 2 inches off under bust, 3 inches off waist and 4 inches off my hips!! So pleased with that. All my clothes fit so much better, people are paying me compliments

    Just had my last shake, strawberry yum.

    Still have some shakes / soups left which will be useful for quick breakfasts and dinners as part of SW.

    Thank you all sooooo much for your fabulous support through this month, you've kept me sane and I really couldn't have done it without you!!

    Week 4 - 5lb loss = 301lb = 21st7 (Food week & TOTM!)
    Week 5 - 3lb loss
    = 298lb = 21st4
    Week 6 - 2lb loss = 296lb = 21st2

    Goal 1 - stay on Exante a week 100% (17/10/14)
    Goal 2 - get to 22st (achieved 28/10/14)

    Goal 5 - Get to 20st5 (pre pregnancy weight)

    Goal 7 - reach 15st7. My leather jacket will fit again.

    Goal 9 - weigh less than 13st (a first in my adult life)
    Goal 10 - 11st 6lbs 'Normal' BMI 25.

    I'm looking forward to my husband being able to sweep me up into his arms (for the first time). Without getting a hernia that is.

    Ultimate Goal - To be able to look down and see my bikini line to shave it, and not have to do it from memory

    Rules
    1. Never buy anything bigger than a size 16.
    2. Meal plan and write/log everything down.
    3. If I fall off plan on my diet, don't wait until the next day to restart. Brush my teeth, and restart straight away.
    4. Don't overeat. Only eat enough so that I could go for a decent walk straight after eating, even if I'm not.
    5. Exercise for a minimum of 30 mins 5 times a week
    6. Always, always weigh in on a Tuesday. Except when away on holiday
    7. Only ever drink alcohol in social occasions - never alone.

    Goals

    1. BMI under 35 - 16st 13lbs
    2. BMI of 32.5 - 15st 10lbs
    3. BMI of 30 - 14st 7lbs
    4. Overweight - 14st 6lbs.
    5. BMI of 27.5 13st 4lbs
    6. Feel comfy in a size 14.
    7. Maintain Goal 6

    Hello everyone!! How's it all going?

    Haven't managed to start SW properly yet, drove to the one advertised after work but whole place was deserted, looks like that one doesn't exist anymore...

    So I then attempted a mad dash across town to another one, couldn't find it and got in a massive grump!!

    So I went to tesco bought loads of healthy stuff and a magazine and made a very nice dinner. The amount they said for 2 has made 3 massive portions so I'm sorted for a while!!

    WI this morning 172.8 not bad for refeeding.

    Now to get down to those 160s!!

    Hi Laura, if you've no meeting you could always just use the magazine and the forums! It'll save you a packet too. My sister in law did it that way. Easier with shifts too. Best of luck, keep us updated on progress. You may be sw now but you'll always be an Exanter.

    Right just got back from first meeting, bit of a trek across town but the exercise can only do me good!!

    Weighed in at 12st 7lbs (175). Not too bad, I've had a bit of a pig out last week or so, but it still means I've lost a stone since Christmas, can't complain about that!!
